Azeri Election Boycott: Azerbaijan votes as OSCE and opposition parties boycott

Azerbaijan residents have cast their votes in a parliamentary election which has been boycotted by Europe’s main monitoring group the OSCE. The country’s opposition parties have also refused to participate. Although some individual candidates are running for a seat in the 125-seat parliament.
