HEAT OIL AND SAUTE GINGER CHILLY PASTE FOR 30 SECS. 2. ADD CRUSHED CAULIFLOWER TO IT AND ADD ALL SPICES/MASALAS MENTIONED. 3. MIX WELL AND SAUTE FOR FEW MINS. 4. ADD CORIANDER AND LET THE STUFFING COOL COMPLETELY. 5. ROLL OUT A MEDIUM SIZE ROTI AND ADD 3 SPOONS FULL OF STUFFING. PLEAT THE ROTI FROM SIDES AND REMOVE THE EXTRA DOUGH. 6. SPRINKLE SOM FLOUR ON ROLLING SURFACE AND ROLL THE STUFF PARATHA. 7. ROAST THE PARATHA WELL ON BOTH SIDES WITH OIL. 8.SERVE HOT WITH GREEN CHUTNEY AND KETCHUP. METHOD FOR DOUGH: 1. MIX FLOUR, OIL, SALT TOGETHER AND ADD WATER AT A TIME TO KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH. 2. LET THE DOUGH REST FOR 15 MINS BEFORE USE.
