(Bob) Wade in the Dallas courtroom of Judge Ben Ellis; seen are Ellis, Wade, and defense attorney Charles Tessmer (red, white, and blue tie) (Silent). 13:37 - Bobby Joe Daniels is on trial in a Dallas courtroom for the murder of Albert Mott Chattin Jr., a NASA contractor whose body was found in an open field in Richardson near Texas Instruments in October 1969; Daniels is seen with his court-appointed attorneys, Louis Bedford and Bruce Cunningham (Silent). 14:46 - (February 8, 1971) Natalia Makarova, a Russian ballerina who defected from the Soviet Union in September 1970, is in Dallas to perform with the American Ballet Theatre (ABT) at the State Fair Music Hall; Makarova, in a fur hat, is seen speaking at a press conference and smoking a cigarette; with her are other dancers in the troupe, including Erik Bruhn and Carla Fracci (Silent).
