0:00, 7:49 - (September 8, 1972) Charges against Thomas (Tomas) Rodriguez have been dismissed by Dallas Judge R. T. Scales; Rodriguez was indicted on two charges of assault to murder after he shot at officers when they entered his apartment, believing that Trinity River Massacre suspects were inside. Jerry Park reporting (Silent). In an interview, Warren Burnett, attorney for Rodriguez, describes the dismissal. In an interview through a translator, Rodriguez says he doesn’t know how he’s going to support his family.
