💛 Chickpea Potato Salad Recipe (Healthy & Quick) 📝 Ingredients (for 1 bowl) • 100 g boiled chickpeas • 1 boiled potato (peeled & cubed) • 2 green chillies (finely chopped) • ½ onion (finely chopped) • ½ tomato (finely chopped) • Coriander leaves (finely chopped) • Black salt – ¼ tsp (or to taste) • Red chilli powder – ¼ tsp • Chaat masala – ½ tsp • Lemon juice – 1–2 tsp 🥗 Method 1. In a mixing bowl, add boiled chickpeas and boiled potato pieces. 2. Add onion, tomato, green chillies, and coriander. 3. Sprinkle black salt, red chilli powder, and chaat masala. 4.
