Uttarakhand HC Dismisses Rebel MLAs Petition; Remain Disqualified

The nine rebel Congress MLAs, who were disqualified by Speaker Govind Singh Kunjwal on March 27, have filed two separate petitions in the court challenging the Speaker’s action against them.
