The Supreme Court will pronounce its order on the plea by rebel Congres MLAs after Uttarakhand High Court has rejected the petition of the 9 rebel Congress MLAs making them ineligible to vote in the floor test tomorrow. The last minute petition filed by the MLAs to get a chance to vote in the floor test asking to squashing of order of Uttarakhand assembly was dismissed by the High court.The court verdict has become a big boost for the Harish Rawat government to win the floor test with the house strength brought down to 62 from 71.
