Chasing potash train 730 / 406 West to Saint John video 2 of 4! Canadian National Railway locomotives 2906 (Es44AC Gevo), 3270 (Tier 4 ET44AC Gevo), rear DPUs 3810 (ES44AC Gevo), and 3177 (Tier 4 ET44AC Gevo) power a long and heavy CN potash train A406 West (Moncton, NB Gordon Yard to Saint John, NB) westbound at Sussex, NB on an overcast morning hauling 130 potash hopper loads. This train originated at Yarbo, Saskatchewan as a B730, the it's symbol change at Moncton to 406 as there is no regular CN 406 schedule today. Later CN 406 East will return to Moncton with some empty potash hoppers as well as some mixed freight. Note, all of the units are facing forward (west).
