TRENDING COOLER... Hi everyone, this is meteorologist Terry Swails A storm system will bring showers and scattered storms to the area into tonight. While the rains will be hit and miss, areas that see stronger storms could easily pick up an inch. The precipitation will end by Friday but clouds will linger for much of the day. Cooler but dry weather is on tap for Mothers Day Weekend, with windy conditions on Saturday. Skies will be clear to partly cloudy.
