The Hidden Tree | Live Compositing Showreel | Virtual Production My final MSc. Virtual Production project from Nottingham Trent University is called "The Hidden Tree." It is a live compositing showreel that combines Nuke and Unreal Engine 5 to create a magical setting that combines nature with divinity. In the image, a little sacred statue is illuminated by sunlight shining on a lone, luminous tree that is nestled within the surrounding caves. Using real-time rendering and expert compositing techniques, the scene is brought to life by the water reflections and atmospheric depth.
