The allegations of sexual abuse of freshmen football players by upperclassmen at Sayreville War Memorial High School go beyond hazing and have now launched into a full criminal investigation. Now the job of the head coach of the Sayreville football team, George Najjar, may be in jeopardy. According to published reports he is still receiving over $11,000 even though the entire 2014 football season has been canceled. Najjar has been a pillar of the community and trusted role model for years. He was even inducted into the New Jersey Football Coaches Hall of Fame. Psychologist Dr. Jamie Howard of the Child Mind Institute spoke about the mindset of coach Najjar. “We may feel something very differently inside than what we show to people on our face and clearly what he wants to show is support for the school and the school's decision,” she explained. http://www.my9nj.com/story/26771413/l...
