Transcript: It's been amazing. We've never come to Lanzarote for winter training, but I've done about five years of winter training in different venues. Without a doubt we've had the best time here, it's been warm, there's always been wind, which has been obviously essential for us as a windsurfing class. And just it's everything I need, I mean we could go surfing and we've done some jumping off cliffs, everything has been great. So it's been really nice, really nice. Windsurfing training consists of speed work, so trying to go faster; Technical work, so what can you do to your equipment to make it go faster? And then tactical stuff, so how you can go fast around the race course. And so we vary it up on the water, try and hit all those different elements, and become the best sailor when it comes to racing in the summer. As a group we're all very competitive, everyone is pushing each other, which has been great. You see someone improve, they push the standard up and then everyone catches them up, someone makes the jump and it's just constantly jostling to make everyone go faster. So in-terms of winter training it has been phenomenal. So the best way to keep motivated is small micro-goals all the way along. So just keeping in the back of your mind Paris '24 is the ultimate goal. But making sure you're working towards little goals all the time, that's the way to keep motivated. And when you work in such a good group as I am in at the moment, it's just really motivating just seeing everyone else improving around you and spurring you on as well. Days-off consist of surfing, we've just done so much surfing. We also have to do weight training, but really just climbing the volcanoes here has been one of my favorite things as well. So it's just been great because we haven't had enough days off for things I've wanted to do, which has been the only downside, but yeah, hiking; surfing; windsurfing; weight training, we've done loads of stuff; swimming. All good.
