Transcript: Started when I was probably nine years old. Started sailing at a small lake in England and then progressively started doing competitions, and then kind of just went through that whole pathway in the UK to become an elite sportsman. It's really high adrenaline. So very high speeds, a lot of action, everything happens very fast. It's quite a technical class. So I really enjoy those two aspects basically. The men sail is nine meter and then the women's sail is eight meter. We've come to Lanzarote simply because it's got the best conditions in Europe. It's kind of like the European Hawaii. Just constant winds, constant temperature, and we can do a lot of hours on the water. We've sailed in a lot of other places around the world. So Portugal or mainland Spain, but the Canary Islands is by far the best place to be in the winter. So when we race we normally have a week of racing, up to five days. It's normally about a hundred, maybe 120 competitors, and we race a few races each day over the course of that time period. And at the end of the competition whoever is in the top 12 will go into a final and it will be a knockout system to find the medalist from that point. This is the first time that hydrofoil windsurf is in the Olympics and it will be in Paris, France. So we're real excited to get somewhere close to home this cycle and spend a lot of time in Marseille. So that's the other amazing thing about living in Lanzarote for the winter, there's just constant conditions for different sports. I really like surfing, so hopefully there's good waves on the weekends and I love mountain biking, running, a bit of hiking, there's just so much to do here and that's really one of the other amazing reasons to come.
