[PAL Former World Record] Super Punch-Out!! - Mad Clown (0'08"97)

I won't lie, it felt really good to use the original TAS strat again since 9.01/9.03 strats for NTSC were extremely hard to do. The only downside is that you can't buffer at the start of P2, which was really annoying and was probably the hardest input to time IMO. I'll be out of town so a break from PAL is going to be mandatory. I will be scheduling and uploading the other 3 PAL WR's I got for today tho. Thanks for reading and watching :D
