Keystone XL means LOWER emissions! | Jason Kenney

Canadian oil and gas is produced at some of the highest environmental, social, and governance standards in the world. On top of that, the Keystone XL pipeline would be powered entirely by renewable energy by 2030, making it a net-zero operation, and actually delivering lower emissions overall when compared to moving that same oil by rail (which also happens to be far more dangerous).
