[NTSC Tied World Record] Super Punch-Out!! - Dragon Chan (0'07"30)

First ever perfect phase 1 and I was lucky enough that he didn't do kicks. Was actually grinding Hoy but then all of the sudden I thought i tried doing some Dragon attempts. Previous PB was a 7.33 which was roughly a week ago. I tried again for today and got in 5 minutes. :P
