Hello everyone! In today's beginners belly dance tutorial video we're going to be covering how to do a belly dance Chest Circle! To break the Chest Circle down, we need to start by using our chest isolations (chest lifts, drops and slides) See my video on How To Do CHEST ISOLATIONS here: • How To Do Chest Isolations (Chest Lifts an... Once you feel confident with your chest isolations, we combine them together to create the Chest Circle! Slide the chest out to the side, lift the chest up and into the centre, then slide it out to the other side, and back into neutral. Smooth this out and you'll have a beautiful chest circle! Practise along with me and you'll have your Chest Circles mastered in no time!
