In today's beginners belly dance tutorial video we're going to be covering how to do the belly dance Ommy To break the Ommy, we need a few isolations in hand first, gentle hip snaps and tucking and untucking from the pelvis and lower abdominals. We'll start by working through our hip, pelvis and lower abdominal isolations using our hands to guide our hips. Then smooth the action out to create a smooth circle! Once you feel confident, take the hands away and to make things harder - change the speeds, and try working with different levels!
