Add paneer cubes to the mixture and coat them well. Set the marinated paneer aside for a few minutes to absorb the flavors. Step 2: Preparing the Base Masala Heat a pan and add ginger, garlic cloves, green chilies, chopped onion, coriander stems, and cashews. Add a little water, cover with a lid, and let it boil for 5-7 minutes until everything softens. Turn off the heat and allow it to cool. Once cooled, blend it into a smooth paste using a mixer. Step 3: Cooking the Curry In the same pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and add the blended masala paste. Stir well, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes until the mixture is well-cooked. Add the marinated paneer cubes and mix gently. Sprinkle kasoori methi and add hot water as needed for the desired gravy consistency. Cover and cook on low flame for 5 minutes. Step 4: Garnishing & Serving Once cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and kasoori methi. Serve hot with roti or naan.
