You love ‘em or hate ‘em… We love ‘em! Especially covered in cheese and bacon. 12 oz bag of Brussel sprout halves 2 cups white cheddar 1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon 4 tbs butter 2 tbs flour 1 cup milk 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper Sear your sprouts in a pan with olive oil to get a little char. Remove the spouts, add in the butter and flour, until melty and toasty. Then slowly add in the milk while whisking. Sprinkle in garlic and pepper. Then add in the white cheddar while stirring, after melted add in the bacon and the seared sprouts. Pour into an 8x8 pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350.
