#HomeGym #InclineBenchPress Tried to add 1 KG to my 6-rep max. This is the heaviest weight I ever benched on an incline. My speed was slower than usual and I somehow lost focus. After failing the 5th rep in the 1st set, I stopped the 2nd set only after 4 reps. I decided to "finish strong" so I dropped the weight to 65 KG and did 4 sets of 6 reps, just to accumulate some volume. I will get it next week.
