Thursday's extended Cleveland weather forecast: Cooler temps arrive in Northeast Ohio

Cleveland weather forecast for Thursday, June 6, 2024. Happy Thursday! After leftover morning clouds and fog, we'll bring back some sunshine today! Another cold front will move through northern Ohio this afternoon, bringing the threat for a few pop-up showers. Temps today will reach into the upper 70s, but the thing you'll notice is the lowering humidity hour-by-hour. By evening, it should be nice and comfortable after a muggy start. Another batch of rain will move through Friday with a few showers, and temps will be on the noticeably cooler side as they struggle to get out of the upper 60s. We'll continue with the cooler, more comfortable air all the way through the weekend with many hours of sunshine. In terms of the weekend, we'll have a pattern that brings periodic shower chances out of the northwest as an area of low pressure swirls over the northern Great Lakes. There will be lots of sunshine as well, but these passing rain chances will need to be watched. The timing of our weekend passing ran as of now is centered around the late Saturday into early Sunday timeframe. We'll be watching another batch of rain for Monday.
