Babbles Travelling Yarns group ttps://www.ravelry.com/groups/babbles-travelling-Yarns Spin & Make Along (SMAL)   Spinning Segment - 6th May – 31 July 2019 Making Segment – 1st August – 30th November 2019   ZRules for Spinning Segment: 1.     You must be a member of both the Knitting Expat & Babbles Yarns Podcast Groups 2.     The idea is that xyou spin yarn for a project you want to make, so trying to spin intentionally – this can be for any type of project there is no requirement for size or quantity of fibre you have to spin 3.     You can use a wheel or spindle or any other method to spin yarn you wish 4.     There is no minimum amount you need to spin as this is meant to be whatever constitutes a challenge for you 5.     You can spin for any kind of project (knitting/crochet/weaving/etc) 6.     Works in progress are allowed – use your own discretion here 7.     This SMAL is meant to be a supportive place where we can help encourage each other along the way, even so there will be some prizes offered at the end of the Spinning segment which will be drawn from the FO thread   Rules for Making Segment: 1.     You must be a member of both the Knitting Expat & Babbles Yarns Podcast Groups 2.     The idea is that you make a project from the yarn you spun in the spinning segment 3.     You must use handspun for the project you make, if you are not a spinner you can use handspun that you purchased, or was gifted to you. 4.     Again there is no requirement for a minimum amount that you need to use to qualify for entry 5.     There is also no minimum project size you need to make to qualify for entry
