Weather Expert Alexandra Cranford is keeping an eye on Hurricane Sam and TD Victor as there is one name left on the list of possible storms. Hurricane Sam is starting to weaken as it moves towards the northern Atlantic. It's still a strong hurricane with winds of 105 mph moving to the northeast at 17 mph. The forecast projection shows Sam continuing to move to the northeast through the first half of the week and eventually becoming a post-tropical cyclone as it gets closer to Greenland. Tropical Depression Victor is barely hanging onto depression status early Sunday morning. It has only one pocket of convection near its center. It has been greatly weakened by shear and dry air and will likely become a remnant low Sunday or Monday.
