Homicide Suspect Sought The Baltimore Police Department needs your help identifying a murder suspect. On April 24, 2017, at approximately 1:32 p.m., police were called to the 2000 block of Federal Street to investigate a reported shooting. When officers arrived on the scene they observed 53 year-old Mackinley Williams suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Tragically, Mr. Williams died from his injuries. Homicide detectives recovered video surveillance footage of the crime from a near-by camera.
