The Queensland government hopes a multi-million dollar tourism campaign will entice holidaymakers back to the Sunshine State. The second phase of the "Good to Go" campaign is expected to inject more than a billion dollars into the local economy, resulting in more than nine million home stays. The first phase of the campaign focused on encouraging state residents to travel in their own backyard. More than 40 per cent of Queenslanders took up the call, up 10 per cent on last year. Queensland's borders will open on Friday. Image: Supplied / Qld Govt
