Hooray, a set of three compact and action-packed brawls-for-all...it's pretty rare that three such rounds should take place when you're going at it with four players at once, although I'll say that it's more than likely that the second match in this set is the only reason why it was possible in the first place. It is, incidentally, the one match that would've been first on the stack of matches to go into these videos...but it was swapped with the one that actually showed up first in that set so as to fill out the eleven-minute limit. Ah, but you don't want to hear about that, it's just silly bookkeeping of sorts...I can only assume you've found your way to this video page because you wanted some Brawling and not my idle chatter...with me, you get that whether you were looking for it or not. --- Match #1 -- Norfair Meta Knight (Joou) vs. Jigglypuff (Hero) vs. Toon Link (YK2) vs. Sonic (EEL) For what I can assume is just a piece of wood, a Home Run Bat certainly does pack a wallop...and that's not even when you're talking about cases where it's being used for a fully wound up swing. You'd think having a piece of wood thrown in your face would really hurt...but not send you flying unbelievable distances. For that matter, whoever knew that Meta Knight was any good at sports? --- Match #2 -- Mario Bros. Luigi (Joou) vs. Ike (Hero) vs. Ike (YK2) vs. Kirby (EEL) This match was one of the first few we had...possibly even the very first to have four participants in it, because we fought a bit amongst ourselves waiting for the EEL to arrive, but I can't say for how long exactly that might have been. I do have to laugh at this match and at myself, because I'm not sure whether or not I actually deserved some of the treatment that Chaos Theory saw fit to dole out...but it's hilarious any way you look at it, so it doesn't particularly matter if you ask me. It DOES incidentally point out one of the big weird things that happened during this whole string of matches...I think the Randomizers were trying to play a joke on us here and there, because I for one got Luigi as my player character at least six or seven times...often many of those instances being directly consecutive matches. Other times we'd have duplicate characters for two or more players, never really following any kind of direct pattern, which incidentally brings us to the next match, which, even if it didn't happen immediately following this one, it is very funny to have them shown consecutively, since I hadn't realized the two things these two had in common... --- Match #3 -- Hanenbow Ike (Joou) vs. Ike (Hero) vs. Donkey Kong (YK2) vs. Ike (EEL) It's Ike! Lots and lots of Ike! Ike is another one of those guys who kept showing up, although I think this was the only time that he happened to come up for me...and two other people at the same time, too! Poor YK2, the odd ape out...then again, in a place like Hanenbow, maybe it's for the best not to fit in. "Prepare--" "Prepare--" "Prepare yourself!" "Nnnnnnnnrrrghhhh!" (You'll get no sympathy from this match.)
