Warren Prosecutor: Froman Could Face Capital M

WARREN COUNTY -- Terry Froman, the man suspected of killing a teen in Kentucky and his mother later in the day, had his first appearance in court today. Terry Froman, 41, of Brookport, Illinois, is being held in Warren County on $1 million bond after prosecutors say he killed 17-year-old Michael Eli Mohney before driving to Ohio, where he was pulled over along I-75 near Middletown. An Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper says he heard shots fired within Froman's GMC Yukon. Investigators say they found 34-year-old Kim Thomas dead in the back seat and an injured Froman, who had reportedly shot himself. His injury was not considered life-threatening
