WARREN COUNTY, Ohio (WKRC) -- No bond for the man accused of killing his ex-girlfriend's son, then kidnapping and killing the teen's mother along I-75. Terry Froman was in a Warren County courtroom Monday. A grand jury indicted Froman in October on two counts of aggravated murder, two counts of kidnapping and a weapons charge. He could face the death penalty if he's convicted. Prosecutors said Froman killed Michael Mohney, then kidnapped the teen's mother, Kim Thomas in Graves County, Kentucky in September and led police on a chase on I-75. They said he shot and killed Thomas, then turned the gun on himself, but survived. His next court date is November 14th. Follow us on Twitter @Local12 and LIKE us on Facebook for updates!
