They turn out incredibly juicy and packed with flavor! Pork shoulder is truly a versatile piece of BBQ meat. Not only is it perfect for sandwiches, but there are so many more uses! It's an affordable cut of meat, making it ideal for those of us who are budget conscious. To add an extra layer of deliciousness, I'll be wrapping the pork shoulder in a combination of butter and honey. Trust me, this sweet and savory blend takes the flavors to a whole new level! Now, here's where things get a bit controversial. I'll be trimming off the majority of the fat cap on the pork shoulder. While some may debate this approach, it actually results in a more delectable bark that you won't be able to resist.
