In this video, I cook a pork shoulder butt on my Weber Kettle charcoal grill using the Slow 'N Sear accessory. After the pork butt was on the grill for 4 hours, I wrapped it in foil, and finished cooking it in a 300 degree F oven until the internal temperature reached 200 degrees F.
