#HomeWorkout #Calisthenics #COVID With cases of COVID-19 expected to surge in the coming months it would be prudent for fitness enthusiasts to prepare for another round of gym closures. Here I have provided a comprehensive training program to allow you to maintain your fitness and build some muscle and explosive strength even when gym access is inevitably cut off once again. The program requires minimal equipment, primarily relying on manipulating body weight along with the judicious use of resistance bands and minimal amounts of external weight. If you don't have a pullup bar or resistance bands at home already now would be a good time to jump on that purchase before the potential shortages hit once again!
