Corn Sabzi Recipe INGREDIENTS :- Oil :- 2 tbsp Boiled sweet Corn :- 150 gm Tomato :- 4 (finely chopped) Onion :- 4 (finely chopped) Cashew paste :- 100 gm Coriander :- 3 tbsp Grated paneer :- 100 gm Grated cheese :- 100 gm Salt :- to taste Red pepper powder :- 1tbsp coriander powder :- 1 & 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste :- 1 tbsp Garam masal :- 1tbsp Cumin powder :- 1tbsp METHOD :- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pot, add onions and fry till translucent. 2. Add 1 teaspoon garlic, ginger paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes. 3. Add tomato and cook till it becomes soft and pulpy. 4. Now, add turmeric, red pepper powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, garam masala and mix it well. 5. Then, add boiled sweet corn and mix it again. 6. Add 1/2 cup water and mix it, cover & cook for 5 minute 7.Add cashew paste and mix it again. Cover and cook for 1 minute. 8. Now, add grated paneer, cheese and mix well. 9.
