Seventy Second Seminar Pinan Sandan / Heian Sandan Bunkai

This Seventy Second Seminar illustrates one of my applications for the end movements of Pinan / Heian Sandan taken from Volume Two of the Pinan Flow System. The drill initiates from a control and movement position that I use throughout my applications for Pinan / Heian Sandan. It provides both a hard and 'soft' exit from the control from a behind the leg position that leaves the Uke temporarily unable to attack.
