A short video looking at one variation of a redundancy I teach for a failed tackle drill. This drill is taken from Volume Two of the Pinan Flow System. It utilises a practical adaptation of the fists on hip empi action. This is the 'trial' footage with a new camera. Unfortunately the recording was accidentally switched off for the intended footage.
