Hurricane Isaias makes landfall in North Carolina

Hurricane Isaias continues to move north toward the Mid-Atlantic region after making landfall in eastern North Carolina late Monday night. The storm is bringing the threat of dangerous storm surge, heavy rain, strong winds and tornadoes as it moves north at about 28 mph. The storm made landfall at Ocean Isle Beach just after 11 p.m. Monday. As of 5 a.m. Monday, Isaias still has sustained winds of 70 mph with gusts up to 80 mph. #WakeUpCLT #Isaias #NCwx
