Sen. R.J. Palmer Offers Second Amendment to Senate Bill 195

Senate Bill 195 would amend the Kentucky Constitution to reduce General Assembly sessions in even-numbered years from 60 to 45 days; in odd-numbered years, sessions would drop from 30 to as many as 15.
