Complete the following in the fastest time; 10 sets of Deadlifts (F Bodyweight, M 1.2 x Bodyweight) + 10 sets of Hand Release to Overhead mid air clap Burpees. Start the Deadlifts at 10 reps and reduce 1 rep every set, start the Burpees at 1 rep and add 1 rep every set. EXERCISE RULES; DEADLIFTS; Bar to be loaded to BW for Female & 1.2xBW for Guys. Bar must be a deadweight on the floor at the start of the set, the bar must be lowered under control and can only kiss the floor, not bounce, not dropped. The body must be fully extended at the top of the movement through the hips with spine and shoulders neutral. BURPEES; Start each rep standing tall, lower to the floor, chest to rest on the floor, hands to completely release/leave the floor, stand up, jump tall with the body fully extended, clap overhead ("just" overhead is fine), jumping off the ground must be visible on camera, the head must be tall when the clap occurs mid air. ****IF THE WEIGHT NEEDS TO BE LOWERED, still aim for your best, rather than a weight in which you will be able to score a "best" time.
