This session of the Patient Symposium occured June 16, 2012, 9:15-10:00am. Dr. Carol Shields, MD, and Dr. Jerry Shields, MD, of the Wills Eye Institute, discuss Primary Tumor Diagnosis, Treatment and Prognosis of Ocular Melanoma. Ocular Melanoma, or melanoma of the eye, is the most common primary eye tumor in adults. CURE OM's mission is to support research and accelerate the development of effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure for ocular melanoma.
