Add half cup water and let it soak for 10 minutes. Take it out to a mixing bowl. Mash it well with spatula. Add rava and curd. Give it a nice mix. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes , add little water (quarter cup)and make batter. Add salt and eating soda. Mix well. Pour batter (1tbsp each) on a greased idli plate. Steam for 15 minutes on a medium flame. Let it cool. Soft and spongy instant idly is ready to serve.
