Provocative Modern Art Exhibition Opened in Kyiv

At what point can one be considered an artist? The Modern Art Research Institute of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine is provoking discussion of this very question with its newest art exhibit. The exhibit "Heroism of vision inside/outside" opened to showcase the works of aspiring artists.
