Kentucky struggles to recover from streak of tornadoes last year

Last year was one of the most expensive on record when it comes to weather disasters in the US, with damages totaling $145 billion. Twenty separate incidents each racked up over a billion in costs. Including a string of unseasonable tornados in the Southeast and Central part of the country.
