Condi PS DPS Test (31.5k) (Post 8/7/17 Patch)

This will most likely not be the final result for DPS, but the gear mid/max won't change, so I figure I may as well post In short, you don't need 100% Condi Duration for all of your skills, just like you don't need 100% Boon Duration for a Chrono and the like. You gain 33% Duration for Bleeding & Burning from Traits (Passive + King of Fires) You gain 20% Duration from all of your sword skills (new trait). Currently, Veggie Pizza provides 6.66% Condi Duration (100 Expertise). To supplement Burning Duration, you take Sigils of Smoldering instead of Earth. At this point, we have 33 + 20 + 6.66 = 58.66% Duration Now, we have one bleeding skill that is in Longbow that is not affected by all of our duration, and trying to gain 20% duration for that single skill, 'Pin Down,' is a dps decrease. Instead, you mid/max duration based on the next highest condi duration skill warrior has, which happens to be Shattering Blow. TL;DR, you only need 98.80% Duration to have full condition duration for Shattering Blow and every other skill that is not 'Pin Down.' 98.80 - 58.66 = 40.14% Duration needed. Warriors also have a new trait that gives them expertise based on their precision. I've done lots of mid/maxing math with others, and I've come to the conclusion that having... All Sinister Weapons + 1 Sinister Ring with everything else as Vipers to be the ideal setup. This will give you 98.86% Duration (there is no mid/max solution to have exactly 98.80%. You can either have .86 or .72, and you need the minimum or higher for the duration, so .86 it is). Mid/maxing gear gives you approximately a 600 dps increase over full vipers. I currently only have 9 Malign Infusions at the time of this video, so 31.6k - 31.7k is possible. Remember that Strength Sigils & Phalanx Strength is NOT required to provide good might! Powerful Synergy and well placed LB3's will provide more powerful, longer lasting might that also frees up a sigil slot, so you can run Smoldering + Geomancy. Other than that, this is with Aristocracy Runes, Ascended Gear, pretty much everything else you can imagine.
