A 33k+ burst is usually needed to reach those numbers. On small hitbox you should be able to get 34.3-34.6 quite consistently, theres less RNG but still you need i'd say like 31.5k+ burst. I think on small you can grind till 35k or something, not much more! (With this low APM rotation at least LUL)
