Cleveland weather will feel fall-like towards the end of the week! It will be a stormy start to the week on Monday morning. But fear not -- skies are expected to clear up by the early afternoon. Still, be sure to leave yourself plenty of time on your morning commute, as heavy rain and gusty winds have already begun this morning. "It's a two-part story today because we end with clearing skies," 3 News meteorologist Hollie Strano said during her morning forecast. "We are going to see conditions improve dramatically as we head into the afternoon. So much so, that the Cleveland Guardians' 1:10 p.m. first pitch with the Minnesota Twins should remain on track.
