WHAT I EAT IN A DAY TO LOSE WEIGHT | Vegan Refeed Day | IFBB/NPC Bikini Prep | Born Ready Ep.11

In this video I show you guys everything I eat in a day on prep, 6 weeks out from my first IFBB/NPC Bikini competition in London. It is a refeed day so my carbs are bumped up to 180 grams! Protein brownie recipe: Ingredients: 100g zucchini - 45ml almond milk - Stevia to taste - 25g PhD Smart Plant protein powder - 15g cocoa powder - 10g coconut flower 2g baking powder - 1 egg 15g PhD Smart Plant protein powder (for frosting) - 10g cocoa powder (for frosting) - 2g coconut flour (for frosting) - Stevia to taste - Cold water Method: - Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius - Blend almond milk, zucchini and egg - In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients - Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well⠀ - Place brownies into the oven and bake for about 10 minutes⠀ - While they are baking, mix 15g protein with cold water, 10g cacao powder, 2g coconut flour and stevia until a frosting-like consistency is achieved⠀ Top brownies with frosting and other toppings of your choice!
