Final Fantasy IV Advance - Part 13: The Land Of Summons

Another area where Float is recommended, more so here because the damaging tiles deal more damage (50 a step I think?). There aren't many weaknesses here, so stick to Quake/Titan with Rydia, it does a lot of damage to these guys. The two rarer enemies I found were Belphegor and Bloody Eyes, both flying enemies that are variants of older enemies, arrows/throw element (like Edge's thrown weapons) deal a lot in general in this dungeon. I really recommend getting Reflect on Rosa. The fight against Asura is much easier with it. If you're cautious you're probably already in the early-mid 40s in terms of levels anyway. Get Blink on everyone and/or several layers of Protect and then Reflect on Asura. Pummel her with Titan and melee hits. If you can Berserk & Haste your melee attackers it is better, and will enable you to actually beat her without Reflect, you might want some decent weapons to throw with Edge too. Her healing is definitely higher than the SNES/PSX versions of this so be aware of the need to recast Reflect and that it can be a long battle. Next up Leviathan. He isn't that hard at this point in the game. Even without Thundaga, Thundara + Blitz and melee attacks will hit him hard every round. Shell helped defensively, as would having Curaja at this point, although that would be a bit overboard. Slow helps too, quite a lot in fact. Make sure you get the Rat's Tail whilst in here, it's needed for one of Cecil's most powerful weapons.
