Final Fantasy IV Playthrough #053, Cave of Summons (2/2), B3F; Land of Summons (1/3)

This is video #053 in my Final Fantasy IV playthrough. The party reaches floor B3F in the Cave of Summons. There are plenty of treasures on this floor: a Life, a Bestiary, a Kikuichi for Edge, a VenomAxe for Cecil or Kain, and a HiPotion. The last chest, guarded by a brutal group of five Warriors, contains a Defense sword. I would equip the Kikuichi on Edge and the Defense on Cecil right away. B4F, the last level of the Cave of Summons, has no enemies. There are cloaked monsters who do not attack the party. Treasures include an Ether1, a Bestiary, a Rat Tail, 5,000 gil, and 6,000 gil. That Rat Tail is a very important item, so do not forget it. If your inventory is full, remember where it is for later. There is a platform just north of the 6,000 gil chest that leads to another area with treasures. I will pick them up a little later. Downstairs is the Land of Summons, the village housing all the summon monsters. Don't waste the gil to sleep at the inn; you can buy a Cabin and use it at the nearby save point for a lower price. In the house with the save point, you can find a Life and a Bestiary. One of the most important things to pick up here is a Kotetsu for Edge. You can also grab some Angel arrows for Rosa. Also, Sorcerer robes are crucial upgrades for Rosa and Rydia. If you wish, you can grab Aegis shields for Cecil and Kain. In the next video, the party will head to the Library to meet Queen Asura.
