Thoracic mobility is so important for all athletes. More mobility will help you generate more power in upper body movements as well as reduce the risk of injury from repetitive motions. In this 20 minute session, we'll work through the range of motion of the spine and torso in all directions. About Natalie: I’m a certified yoga instructor, scientific researcher, and former D1 athlete. I’m passionate about recovery and the mind-body connection and how these can be used to improve athletic performance.
