Louis van Gaal: Memphis Depay happy to play for Netherlands as struggles to find pace at Barcelona
The Netherlands head coach Louis van Gaal said Memphis Depay is happy when he plays for the national team as he is struggling to find his pace at FC Barcelona. Depay has scored three goals in the last seven matches for FC Barcelona, however Ronald Koeman's team failed to score in the last two matches. Louis van Gaal's team lead the Group G with 13 points, the same than Norway, but with a better goal difference of 16 goals. Turkey remain in third place with 11 points. On Friday, they face Latvia, who rest in fifth place with only five points to then play against rock bottom Gibraltar on Monday.
